Pricing questions, answered
What does the amount at signing cover?
It covers your onboarding and build work plus your first month of service. After that you simply pay the monthly amount for your plan.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Plans run month to month. You can cancel with notice before your next billing date and we'll hand over what's yours.
Do I own my domain, website and content?
Yes. Your domain, brand assets and content belong to your business. If you ever leave, we transfer them to you.
Can I move to a different plan later?
Yes. Most businesses start on Starter or Professional and move up as they grow. Your account manager handles the switch, and you only pay the difference in build work.
What is not included?
Paid ad budgets are billed by the ad platforms directly, and highly custom development or app work is quoted separately. Everything listed on your plan is covered by your monthly fee.
